This return policy applies to all products and services purchased through https://showcase.invisiongo.com, including but not limited to virtual tour platforms, 360° cameras, drones, courses, and other service platforms.

3. Return Period

3.1 Electronic Equipment

We do not accept returns for electronic equipment, such as cameras and drones, as we act as intermediaries between the equipment provider and the client. However, we do honor the warranties offered by the providers, which are generally 1 year or more.

3.2 “Lifetime Deal” (LTD) Platforms

Acquisitions under the LTD standard are non-refundable, as these purchases are for a lifetime and all information is clearly specified before the acquisition.

3.2.2 Platforms "with monthly or annual fees"

Acquisitions under the monthly and/or annual standard are non-refundable, as these purchases are licenses that are automatically acquired and granted once payment is made, and all information is clearly specified before the acquisition.

3.3 Other Products and Services

For other products and services purchased at https://showcase.invisiongo.com, the return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Return Conditions

4.1 Digital Platforms

Customers have 3 days to try out the platform and access the tutorials area. If the customer is not satisfied after this trial period, a refund will be processed.

4.2 Electronic Equipment

Disclaimer Clause

Invision does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for electronic equipment purchased through our platform, regardless of its condition, use, or circumstances after the purchase.

In the event that the originally purchased equipment is not available due to lack of stock, discontinuation, or any other cause beyond our control, Invision may, at its sole discretion, offer the customer an alternative replacement, a discount, or another commercial compensation mechanism. These alternatives will not, in any case, constitute an obligation for a refund.

Legal Disclaimer: The client acknowledges and agrees that Invision acts solely as an intermediary in the acquisition of electronic equipment, which is obtained from third parties through bulk purchases in order to offer preferential pricing. Consequently, the client expressly exonerates Invision from any liability for returns, refunds, or claims arising from defects, failures, warranties, or conditions of the acquired equipment, with these being subject exclusively to the original manufacturer or supplier.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Form of Refund

5.2 Processing Time

The refund processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and the policies of the payment service provider. Generally, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.

For shipments within Mexico, shipping costs will depend on our suppliers' conditions. Most deliveries are free of charge, unless the supplier charges for shipping.
